SoulAtPlay Lab

Creative Depth for Personal and Relational Growth

SoulAtPlay Lab is a work in progress. It has been conceived as a creative extension of my work as a therapist—a playground space where imagination, psyche, and relationship come together in a more open, exploratory way.

While my clinical practice focuses on therapy with individuals and couples, SoulAtPlay Lab offers a different kind of container: one that invites creative expression and discovery beyond the structure of traditional counseling.

Here, we work with the language of the psyche (soul)—images, symbols, movement, writing, and dialogue—to access deeper layers of experience that are not always reachable through words alone.

Through workshops, trainings, and creative tools such as BioGraffs, SoulAtPlay Lab supports you in:

  • Reconnecting with your creativity and creative expression

  • Engaging imagination as a pathway to healing and meaning

  • Expanding your capacity for connection—with yourself and others

Offerings will include:

  • BioGraffs Trainings (for therapists and individuals)

  • SoulAtPlay Hour – a free, ongoing creative gathering

  • Creative reflection tools and guided practices

SoulAtPlay Lab is not therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic.

It is a place to play, to listen, and to rediscover the living intelligence of your inner world.

Tools & Trainings

  • SoulAtPLay Hour

SoulAtPlay Hour is a simple yet meaningful pause in the week—a space to step out of doing and into being. Through gentle prompts, creative exploration, and shared presence, something begins to soften and open. Without pressure to perform or produce, people often rediscover a quiet aliveness and connection that easily gets lost in everyday life.

  • BioGraffs Trainings

BioGraff Trainings invite a different way of seeing the psyche—through form, image, and spatial relationships rather than only words. As we map inner experiences into visible structures, patterns begin to reveal themselves with surprising clarity. What often feels confusing or overwhelming inside can become tangible, workable, and open to transformation through this creative process.

  • Creative Tools

Creativity is not only about making something new, but about entering into relationship with what is already alive within us. When we allow images, words, or movements to emerge without control, they often carry unexpected meaning and direction. In this way, creativity becomes a path of listening—one that can restore connection to self, others, and a deeper sense of purpose.

You will either step forward into growth, or
you will step back into safety.
