How the journal
was created

This journal is a co-creative project emerged from many deliberate yet fun explorations of big questions, wonder, the power of appreciation and creativity.

While working on the journal our primary goal was to have a meaningful joyful time together and let that creative energy ripple into the world so you can make it yours.

Audrey is an integrative life coach and game changer who lives in Santa Barbara, CA. Audrey says, “I gravitate towards people who are ready to take their lives from “pretty darn good” to holy cow, how fulfilled and ‘on purpose’ can I be?”
